一句话说明：抖喜欢只在你的电脑上运行。设置只保存在这台电脑的浏览器里，视频和图文只写入你亲自指定的文件夹。开发者没有服务器、没有账号系统、没有云同步，也不会把你的数据发到云端处理、出售或用于广告。
本政策适用于 Chrome 扩展「抖喜欢 - 下载备份你爱过的所有抖音」（扩展 ID：fohpobbbmekjomojghfiblikkfeoogbm）。这不是抖音官方产品，与字节跳动无关联。
本页同时提供完整中文和完整英文。Chrome Web Store 要求：凡处理用户数据的产品，隐私政策必须详细说明收集、处理、存储、共享，且不得省略任一部分。
1. 数据控制者
本扩展由独立开发者提供，不隶属任何公司云服务。开发者不运营后端、数据库或分析平台。联系邮箱：iclzh@gmail.com。
2. 收集（Collection）
扩展会在你主动备份时，在本机读取抖音网页上已经属于你的喜欢 / 收藏列表，或你当前打开的作者主页上的公开作品元数据。这属于 Chrome Web Store 所称的「处理用户数据」（网站内容），因此必须公布本政策。开发者本人接收不到这些数据。

扩展不收集：姓名、电子邮箱、电话、精确位置、支付信息、政府身份证件、健康信息、抖音密码、Cookie 导出、其它网站的浏览历史、通讯内容、广告标识符。
内容脚本只在 *.douyin.com 上运行，用途仅限：显示备份侧栏、读取你自己的喜欢 / 收藏 / 作者作品列表。不会把页面全文发给任何人。
3. 处理（Processing）
所有处理都在你的浏览器进程里完成本地计算，不经过开发者服务器，也不调用第三方云 API 来整理备份。
- 列出你选择备份的喜欢 / 收藏 / 作者作品
- 按你设定的时长、体积规则跳过部分视频
- 从抖音页面主世界下载媒体，保留正确的 Referer，写入你指定的文件夹
- 读取已有备份以支持断点续传
- 生成本地库页面，供你离线浏览
处理目的只有一个：向你提供个人本机备份。不用于广告、分析、画像、个性化推荐、信贷或放贷评估，也不用于改进开发者的其它产品。
本扩展遵守 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy（含 Limited Use）：用户数据的使用仅限于已披露的单一用途。
4. 存储（Storage）

不使用 chrome.storage.sync，因此数据不会通过 Google 账号同步到其它设备。开发者没有云盘或远程数据库。
卸载扩展后，Chrome 会删除该扩展的 chrome.storage 数据。你指定文件夹里的视频和图文仍留在磁盘上，需要你自己删除。
安全措施：数据只写在你控制的设备上；扩展不导出 Cookie 或密码；扩展包内不包含远程脚本。设备本身的安全（锁屏、系统账户）由你负责。
5. 共享（Sharing）
开发者不与任何第三方共享用户数据。没有广告平台、分析服务、云同步或开发者自有服务器。
从抖音把媒体下载到你的电脑，是你主动发起的备份，不是向开发者或第三方传输。你之后如何使用这些本地文件，由你自己负责。
6. 权限
storage：本机保存设置，不上传。- 访问
*.douyin.com：只在抖音网页运行，读取你自己的喜欢 / 收藏 / 作者作品列表。视频和图文由页面主世界下载，因此扩展不申请各类 CDN 主机权限。
7. Cookie 与登录态
扩展不提取、导出或上传你的抖音 Cookie 或密码。只在你已登录的标签页里，使用已有登录状态读取你自己的列表。
8. 远程代码
不加载远程脚本。全部代码都在商店安装包内。
9. 儿童
本扩展不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不故意收集儿童数据。
10. 政策变更
更新会写进本页并更新日期。继续使用即表示你了解最新版本。

In one sentence: 抖喜欢 runs only on your computer. Settings stay in this browser. Videos and images are written only to a folder you pick. The developer operates no servers, accounts, or cloud sync, and does not send your data anywhere for processing, sale, or ads.
This policy applies to the Chrome extension “抖喜欢 - 下载备份你爱过的所有抖音” (extension ID: fohpobbbmekjomojghfiblikkfeoogbm). It is not an official Douyin / ByteDance product.
Chrome Web Store requires products that handle user data to disclose collection, processing, storage, and sharing in full. Both languages on this page do that.
1. Data controller
An independent developer. There is no company backend, database, or analytics platform. Contact: iclzh@gmail.com.
2. Collection
When you start a backup, the extension reads, on-device, the likes / collections list on your logged-in Douyin tab, or public post metadata on an author page you opened. That is “handling user data” (website content) under Chrome Web Store rules, so this policy exists. The developer does not receive the data.

We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, precise location, payment data, government IDs, health data, Douyin passwords, exported cookies, browsing history from other sites, message contents, or advertising IDs.
Content scripts run only on *.douyin.com, to show the backup sidebar and read your likes / collections / author lists. Page content is not sent to anyone.
3. Processing
All processing is local computation in your browser. It does not go through a developer server or a third-party cloud API.
- List items you chose to back up
- Skip videos by duration or size rules you set
- Fetch media from the Douyin page’s own context (correct Referer) into your folder
- Read existing backups so downloads can resume
- Build a local library page for offline browsing
The only purpose is personal local backup. Not ads, analytics, profiling, personalization, credit decisions, or improving other developer products.
The extension follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use: user data is used only for the disclosed single purpose.
4. Storage

chrome.storage.sync is not used. Data is not synced via a Google account. The developer has no cloud disk or remote database.
Uninstalling deletes the extension’s chrome.storage data. Files already written to your folder remain on disk until you delete them.
Safeguards: data stays on a device you control; cookies and passwords are not exported; the package contains no remote scripts. Device lock-screen security is your responsibility.
5. Sharing
The developer does not share user data with any third party. No ad platforms, analytics, cloud sync, or developer-owned servers.
Downloading media from Douyin onto your computer is a backup you start. It is not a transfer to the developer. What you do with those local files afterwards is your responsibility.
6. Permissions
storage: save settings locally. Not uploaded.*.douyin.com: run only on Douyin and read your likes / collections / author lists. Media is fetched from the page MAIN world, so the extension does not request CDN host permissions.
7. Cookies and login
The extension does not extract, export, or upload your Douyin cookies or password. It uses the session already present in your logged-in tab.
8. Remote code
None. All code ships inside the Chrome Web Store package.
9. Children
Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
10. Changes
Updates are published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means you are aware of the current version.
